Delicious fish and chips, the fish smelled of the sea. Customer focus 10. Bahman welcomed us with extreme kindness and made us sit right away. He also recommended some delicious beers, we will definitely be back!

Great customer service and good food! The place is a little small but the staff were very friendly and the atmosphere too. Family friendly. Overall we were visiting from Canada and this restaurant gave us a good impression of London. All the best!

St Stephen's Tavern is a quintessential London pub that nails the classic British comfort food—fish and chips. The battered cod is perfectly crispy on the outside while remaining tender and flaky on the inside. Paired with thick-cut chips that are golden and fluffy, it’s the type of dish that feels both satisfying and nostalgic. The mushy peas and tartar sauce are simple but spot-on accompaniments, and the portion size is generous without feeling overwhelming. The pub itself has a cozy, traditional vibe with dark wood interiors and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Service is friendly, and it’s the kind of place where you can settle in for a leisurely pint to go with your meal. Whether you're a local or a tourist, this spot is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic, well-executed fish and chips in London.

The atmosphere is pure British. They have nice fish and chips, I found that it was perfectly buttered for me. The food came out quite fast, despite there were many people here. The Tavern is located right in front of Big Ben, which is really good. However, most of the visitors are tourists, same as I and I didn't find many British people here. I spent around 20 on fish&chips and about 8 on Stella, which is quite cheap in this busy area. Minuses: I didn't find a place to put my coat, same as the table next to me. And I couldn't put it on a stool as well.

I visited this bar in September with my father, and it was an amazing experience! The service was excellent—quick and friendly. I enjoyed a delicious beer while taking in the cozy atmosphere and great music. The selection of drinks was diverse and of high quality. I can't wait to return to London and visit this place again. Highly recommend it to anyone in the city!

I had an absolutely delightful experience at this charming pub! The fish and chips were cooked to perfection, with a golden, crispy batter and tender, flaky fish inside. The chips were just the right combination of crunchy and soft, seasoned beautifully. The ambiance of the pub added to the enjoyment, featuring cozy seating and friendly staff who made us feel right at home. Definitely a must-visit for anyone craving authentic and delicious fish and chips!

A typical English pub in the center of London under Big Ben, serving delicious fish at a much higher price than anywhere else, but in this place with such a great atmosphere, it's worth it and incredibly enjoyable. The waiters are attentive, the fish is delicious, the tartar sauce is wonderful, and our bellies are full, satisfied, and happy. Recommended!!!
